Crystal 2000 is a covering and deslagging flux, which is characterized by the absence of toxic and harmful chemicals, no generation of dust, and very low usage rate. The handling and feeding of Crystal 2000 are easier and safer, overcoming the issues encountered with traditional powder fluxes and avoiding losses from furnace emissions. Therefore, reducing the dosage can make the casting environment cleaner. Crystal 2000 is supplied in granular form and is suitable for processing molten aluminum with a metal temperature exceeding 650 ℃. It is not recommended to use this product for alloys with magnesium content exceeding 3%.
