ALUXAL 203 SS F.P.S. is a flux specially developed for aluminum alloy coating and slag removal treatment. This flux can create a physical barrier between molten aluminum and furnace gas during melting. This product can reduce oxide impurities and produce high-quality castings. The floating slag generated during the exothermic reaction is dry and has a very low metal content. This flux does not contain sodium element. Suggested for the following alloys:

Al-Mg 3-10%

Al-Mg 3-10％

Al Si modified with strontium

Hypereutectic Al Si treated with phosphorus

Al Si refined with antimony
