Elidron 610 tablets are capable of releasing nitrogen gas and can be used for degassing treatment of molten aluminum alloys. Nitrogen can effectively remove hydrogen captured by metals during melting operations and reduce oxides, micro oxides, and impurities. These oxides suspended in liquid solution are surrounded by hydrogen bubbles, and only by removing the oxides can the risk of hydrogen gas be eliminated. Elidron 610 tablets have a physical chemical combination effect. Elidron 610 is recommended for degassing all types of aluminum alloys in furnaces and ladles. This product is not suitable for aluminum magnesium alloys with magnesium content higher than 3%. Elidron 610 does not interfere with the modification effect of sodium or strontium.
