Thermol 2377 is a composite mixture used to generate heat on the surfaces of the riser and feeder. Spraying must be done after filling the mold. The product forms a block shaped shell during the equilibrium reaction, which is used to isolate the feeder and control its solidification. The smoke emission of this product is very low. The development of this dosage form is intended for small and medium-sized (diameter) feeders. The resulting feed effect will reduce the shrinkage of the castings and prevent repair welding of the produced castings.
