Magclear 332 is a powdery flux containing a special compound that reacts and reduces magnesium present in molten aluminum alloys. To achieve consistent results, the percentage of magnesium should be below 0.50%. When injected or dispersed in the melt, the product reacts with magnesium to reduce the element to the desired value. Magclear 332 still has activity and can remove hydrogen and oxide impurities contained in molten metal. The required amount of flux is approximately 6kg, which can remove 1kg of magnesium. The exact quantity should be adjusted based on experience. Stirring the product in the melt will help achieve optimal results. The injection device, circulation pump, and electromagnetic stirrer will help achieve the desired effect.
