MagSiClean 35 is a special product recommended for casting shells and foundries, melting aluminum magnesium alloys with magnesium content>3%, especially Magsimal-59 as a ductile die-casting alloy. Use flux during and after the melting process to protect the metal, prevent magnesium oxidation, and reduce contamination from the furnace atmosphere and flames. Therefore, the formation of magnesium oxide is reduced, and a considerable amount of oxide can be easily removed, enclosed in the floating dry floating slag in the container. MagSiClean 35 is suitable for crucible furnaces, melting furnaces, and transport ladles, but not for measuring furnaces.
