Metalcote 24 S is a new formulation release agent composed of a blend of insulating inorganic compounds, water, binders, and additives. This release agent is suitable for gravity die casting aluminum foundries. The best practice is to use the release agent in the coating mold cavity when the liquid aluminum begins to solidify after pouring into the mold. We have developed this new formula using our own experience and modern technology, where additives can enhance the wetting and dispersing ability of casting coatings. Suggested for pouring all aluminum alloys into metal molds with regular geometric shapes and casting models. Due to its insulation properties, this demoulding agent is particularly suitable for pouring risers to delay solidification time and prolong the pouring effect. The presence of sodium or strontium modifiers in the alloy will not affect its lifespan.

Warning: This product is susceptible to frost: Please store at a temperature above 5 ℃ and close the bucket after use. During storage, some products containing mineral components may be prone to precipitation. Due to the specific density of minerals, this phenomenon is absolutely normal. Before use, be sure to mix the product carefully. If stored properly, the shelf life of the product can exceed 12 months.
