Metalcote 27 is a dielectric insulation dressing widely used in gravity die cast aluminum foundries. This product is developed specifically for critical mold applications that require maximum fluidity of liquid aluminum. These areas, such as mold cavities, runners, risers, and gates, must be protected with Metalcote 27. The rough coating has long service life, strong adhesion, and resistance to molten metal wear.

Warning: This product is susceptible to frost: Please store at a temperature above 5 ℃ and close the bucket after use. During storage, some products containing mineral components may be prone to precipitation. Due to the specific density of minerals, this phenomenon is absolutely normal. Before use, be sure to mix the product carefully. If stored properly, the shelf life of the product can exceed 12 months.
