Newcote 3450 is a water-based boron nitride bonding layer that is chemically inert and will not be wetted by liquid aluminum and magnesium alloys. This product is used to protect ceramic products or metal substrates. This product can be used for sprue sleeves - nozzles for low-pressure casting machines used in the production of aluminum castings. This product can also be designed for coating the surface of gravity die casting and low-pressure die casting molds (permanent molds) to improve the fluidity of the alloy. This product has a delicate texture that helps provide the best surface finish for castings.

During storage, some products containing mineral components may be prone to precipitation. Due to the specific density of minerals, this phenomenon is absolutely normal.
