VERFLEX 14/1 is a vermiculite based coating that is suitable for any use, especially when used for permanent molds of aluminum alloy gravity die casting. The coating has wear resistance and high temperature resistance. VERFLEX 14/1 is recommended for producing castings with perfect surface finish. This product has a long duration and is widely used in the production of large series castings. It helps with directional solidification and slows down the cooling behavior of the alloy.

Warning: This product is susceptible to frost: Please store at a temperature above 5 ℃ and close the bucket after use. During storage, some products containing mineral components may be prone to precipitation. Due to the specific density of minerals, this phenomenon is absolutely normal. Before use, be sure to mix the product carefully. If stored properly, the shelf life of the product can exceed 12 months.
