Newcote AL 227 is a new type of insulation dressing used in aluminum alloy gravity die casting and low-pressure die casting aluminum foundries. This product is specially developed for critical mold areas that require maximum liquid aluminum fluidity and thermal insulation. The complete mold cavity and mold gate areas must be coated with Newcote AL 227, which is a durable coating with long service life, strong adhesion, and resistance to molten metal wear. The mold core and moving parts must be coated with graphite based coatings such as Metalcote 111 on their surfaces. During the extraction process of solidified castings, this operation will improve demolding and lubrication. We have developed this new formula using our own experience and modern technology, where additives can improve the wetting and dispersing ability of casting coatings.

Warning: This product is susceptible to frost: Please store at a temperature above 5 ℃ and close the bucket after use. During storage, some products containing mineral components may be prone to precipitation. Due to the specific density of minerals, this phenomenon is absolutely normal. Before use, be sure to mix the product carefully. If stored properly, the shelf life of the product can exceed 12 months.
