Metalcote 1076 is a high-quality insulation dressing used for comprehensive protection of refractory materials, castables, or metal tools in contact with liquid aluminum (such as flow channels, nozzles, ladles, and intermediate ladles of billet continuous casting machines). It is recommended to use Metalcote 1076 to avoid aluminum contamination, iron leakage, or refractory material particle inclusions entering the liquid metal.
