Ceracote 41 is an insulation and protective coating that can be applied to steel molds during the casting of aluminum alloys. This product allows for easy demolding of parts after solidification. To prevent insufficient static metal pressure to fill the entire mold cavity, it is recommended to use Newcote AL 227 to assist in metal flow and alloy filling behavior.

Warning: This product is susceptible to frost: Please store at a temperature above 5 ℃ and close the bucket after use. During storage, some products containing mineral components may be prone to precipitation. Due to the specific density of minerals, this phenomenon is absolutely normal. Before use, be sure to mix the product carefully. If stored properly, the shelf life of the product can exceed 12 months.
