Metalcote 221 is based on semi colloidal graphite and can be suspended in water. It is a lubricant commonly used for metal parts, such as mold cores, sliding devices, and other moving parts of gravity or low-pressure die-casting molds. Meanwhile, the product is also recommended for anode rod coating. This product has excellent thermal conductivity and lubrication characteristics, providing maximum protection and lubrication for metal surfaces. This product can also be applied to the top surface of insulation dressings, which helps with demolding of castings.

This product is susceptible to frost: please store at a temperature above 5 ℃ and close the bucket after use. During storage, some products containing mineral components may be prone to precipitation. Due to the specific density of minerals, this phenomenon is absolutely normal. Before use, be sure to mix the product carefully. If stored properly, the shelf life of the product can exceed 12 months.
