Metalcote 36/1 is a dispersion of emulsified graphite water agent with high-quality adhesive. It is recommended to use this product as a general lubricant in aluminum and copper alloy gravity molds, as well as a release agent during the solidification process (rolling mill, extrusion, etc.). Prepare this product to form an extremely thin lubricating layer on any metal surface.

Warning: This product is sensitive to frost: After use, it should be stored in an environment above 5 ℃ and sealed in a bucket. During storage, certain products containing mineral components often precipitate. Due to the specific density of minerals, this phenomenon is completely normal. Before use, be sure to mix the product carefully. If stored correctly, the product has a shelf life of over 12 months.
