Newcote 3500 is a chemically inert water-based boron nitride inorganic coating that will not be wetted by molten aluminum alloys. This product is suitable for protecting ceramic products or metal substrates. The Newcote 3500 is particularly suitable for protecting the flow channels and hot top ceramic components in small billet continuous casting machines, as well as the hot top rings and nozzles of continuous casting machine punches. Suggest using Newcote 3500 to prevent iron (Fe) contamination in aluminum components.

Warning: This product is sensitive to frost: After use, it should be stored in an environment above 5 ℃ and sealed in a bucket. During storage, certain products containing mineral components often precipitate. Due to the specific density of minerals, this phenomenon is completely normal. Before use, be sure to mix the product carefully. If stored correctly, the product has a shelf life of over 12 months.
