Plumger L/B 7/1 is a solid droplet lubricant used for lubricating the punch and sleeve of die-casting machines used in the production of aluminum parts. This product is formulated with extreme pressure resistant compounds to reduce wear in critical areas of the plunger and ensure low friction. This product should be used together with an automatic dispensing device. It must be allocated to the sleeve chamber before metal casting. The earlier the product is dropped into the sleeve before the plunger injection cycle, the better it can be evenly distributed throughout the entire sleeve. The ignition of droplets helps to expel air from the sleeve and reduce the porosity of the casting.
