Microcote 6000 is a special powder used to lubricate hot areas during billet extrusion. It ensures that the extruded profiles have a high-quality surface coating without leaving any residue. Microcote 6000 is resistant to high thermal stress and chemical corrosion, and has a slight positive charge for adhesion to the substrate. Before using the material, there is no need to charge it with a micro current.
